The BC Force is a proud member of the most respected national youth soccer organizations, United States Youth Soccer Association, US Club Soccer. and United Soccer League. At the state level the BCF is a member of Colorado Youth Soccer.

BCF coaches are active in national, regional and local coaching education programs conducted by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America, United States Soccer Federation Coaching Schools, various coaching seminars and other coaching associations. BCF coaches seek professional development and education through these established resources. Many BC Force players and coaches participate in the Olympic Development Program (ODP) which develops elite level youth players through the state, regional and national levels. One of the strengths of the BCF is the compassion and support of its families. The BCF families often come together to support local, national and even international communities in need. In 2009, the BCF became an inaugural member of the Colorado Rapids Adidas Alliance.

How to Juggle a Soccer Ball

In soccer, juggling the ball is a very useful form of practice. It’s a great way to get warmed up before playing, or to improve your touch with the ball. It is also an easy way to get some exercise. You can do it with other people; you can do it on your own. All you really need is a ball. A good juggler makes it look like a form of dancing.

We found a useful video that explains the technique:
