Thanksgiving is upon us! It crept up so quickly that many of us haven't even bought our first ingredient for the BIG FEAST. Panic! What am I going to make? Do I have the right spices? Who's going to arrive? Well, Savory Spice Shop can help you with one of those concerns. I already knew that the herbs and spices are incredibly fresh, but I was pleasantly surprised to also see that they have pre-made blends. These are a couple of particular interest this time of the year: Sage & Savory Stuffing Seasoning (Salt-Free) and Pumpkin Pie Spice.

When our good friend told us about this great spice shop over a year ago located in downtown Boulder, we had to see the Savory Spice Shop. At the time, I was excited to see that a local store would allow me to buy quantities as small as 1/2 an ounce and that everything was fresh - not sitting in a McCormick's spice jar for months... to years, that they carried organic items and that the employees were very helpful and friendly. Metroseen wasn't even conceived at the time.
