Wood, strings and Woodsongs

School is here… and in our family that means don't just get out the math and science books but also the music books! With that, of course you’ll need instruments. Maximo was so happy to know that this was the day to go get the cello, and Oliver, our youngest, has been talking about the violin non-stop.

So, we headed over to our good friends at metroseen HB Woodsongs over on Pearl St. (across the street from Whole Foods Market), gave them the list of needed items, including the instrument rentals and they got to work for us. Shawn, one of the talented employees, was very happy to size the kids and present to them 2 beautiful instruments. No kidding! They both sounded wonderful. In no time at all we left with a cello, violin, accessories and 2 little smiles.

We had such a positive experience that I just had to blog about it and let everyone know that the customer service at Woodsongs was even better than what we were able to portray on the metroseen video we created of them.

Way to go, Dana!
