Sarah Amorese learned the basics of pastry and small business from her parents' bakery when she was growing up. Having began her career in graphic design and marketing in Europe 20 years ago, she is now a classically trained pastry chef applying that same passion, art and inspiration to chocolate. Piece, Love & Chocolate is a culmination of Sarah’s world travels and rich life experiences... expressed in chocolate!
