Sports Garage Shoot

Well, I wrote about our first video shoot being at Spruce Confections, and about how we were working on the edit for that one. As it happens, there was a small glitch in the audio on the piece, which will delay the release. We’ll get that one on metroseen.com soon though, I promise!

So, we did a metroseen video shoot at Sports Garage on April 23, 2009. What an awesome bike shop! Chris Jacobson, the owner, is a really knowledgeable and nice guy. He’s right on when he says “We have a friendly staff that offers great service” because the vibe we got from everyone at this place was indeed super-friendly. No snobs around there! And these people are serious riders and verifiable experts.

We met Alison Powers, the 2008 National Women's Time Trial Champion, Steve Shelp from the future, (see the vid) Dave Ziegman, who's sponsored by Yeti Cycles, and Sam Johnson, among other helpful staff. One of my personal favorite parts of this shoot was meeting Lana, the cute and lovely shop dog. What a sweetie!
